We want you to love your transformation, so if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, masks, wigs, and makeup must remain in sealed, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

Pack Your Costume

Place the item back in its original branded packaging with all accessories included, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned costume, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
