We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Items purchased for specific holidays must be returned at least 7 days before the holiday.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak seasons like Halloween, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance or choosing our expedited shipping option at checkout.
Are your costumes machine washable?
